Mr. Williamson has 16 years of experience in banking,
energy, asset management, project management, and financial
operations. In 1996, Mr. Williamson founded Ironwood Development,
a real estate development and construction company focused
on residential development. From 1993 to 1996, he was a
principal and asset and financial operations manager in
The Boston Group. In addition, he led major decisions in
the strategic direction of The Boston Group.
In 1987, Mr. Williamson joined the
Los Angeles office of Coopers & Lybrand, a leading
international accounting and consulting firm. Mr. Williamson
is a California Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Megarit has 20 years of experience in
domestic and international finance. Previously, he was
president of AllegisOne, a firm that advised on the design
and distribution of large real estate securities offerings.
Mr. Megarit also was founder and president
of Madison Investments, an investment banking firm specializing
in domestic and emerging markets, including Latin America,
Asia and India, as well as private equity, corporate and
real estate finance. While at Madison, he advised, structured
and invested as a principal in the real estate, banking,
energy, power, telecommunications, and technology industries.
